  • Troy Polamalu For MVP?

With guys like Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Brett Favre, and Chris Johnson getting a ton of mention for MVP because of their amazing production on the field, I feel that Troy Polamalu is truly showing more value to his team because of his absence from the field. I understand that the MVP cannot go to a guy who is missing most of his team’s games, but Troy Polamalu is showing... (more)

  • Why Dennis Dixon Matters

The blog world is going crazy right now in anticipation of the Sunday night affair without Big Ben. The Steelers, under Mike Tomlin, have it right with their third string quarterback. Dixon is an athletic play maker, who can run your practice squad in several ways and if called upon give the defense a drastically different approach.

  • And You Thought We Were Bad

As an Eagles fan, I hear a lot of nasty stuff said about me and other Eagle fans in general. Most other people (in the media and other fans) label us as out of control, mean, nasty, and kinda dumb. I resent these facts as people clinging to really old stereotypes. We had a couple of instances in the 70’s and 80’s where we (allegedly) threw batteries or (again,... (more)
